The attentive staff at reception made my stay enjoyable.

I faced significant cleanliness issues during my stay. The original room had hairs on the pillow and the replacement room's pillows were stained. the maintenance was lacking. the bathroom door constantly got stuck, and mold was visible in the shower.

I had a grand time here! The staff were real sound folks, always ready to help with anything. The pool was pure bliss, perfect for a dip after exploring the island. Only downside was the room could use a bit of a scrub, especially the shower area.

In my wife’s opinion, more supervision for kids at the pool would be great.

Nice garden breakfast but Wi-Fi was slow. Loved the in-room kettle.

I loved everything about my stay here. being a solo traveler allowed me to explore the nearby Gili Beach, just a short walk away, and I enjoyed vibrant local culture at the Trawangan Night Market, which was perfect for evening strolls.

The room had a pleasant pool view, yet the towels smelled unpleasant.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel is in a great area, and renting bikes made it easy for us to explore places like the sunset view point and a charming local market. The service was attentive, especially the reception staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

the room could use a good deep cleaning as there were some bugs and dust in the corners. also, the beach nearby was kinda disappointing since there were no sunbeds and it got pretty crowded with high tide.
